If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, Golfaddicts.com will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price. Returnable items must be sent back within 30 days from the date your order is received and must be in resalable condition, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping cost associated with returns would be your responsibility.

To make a return, please follow these easy instructions:

    •    Email Customer Service at info@golfaddicts.com so that we may assist you in processing the return. Please include the following information in your email: your order number, name address, phone number a brief reason for your return and whether you would like a credit or an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

    •    Reference the return authorization number we send you on the return label. e.g. Return#103 If you are reusing a box, cover all previous labels and markings with heavy black marker or adhesive labels. When packaging your return, please make sure to put the actual product box or container into another box. Writing directly on the product packaging will damage the item and it will not be able to be resold, and therefore we will not accept such items. We are unable to issue any exchanges, credits or refunds for items that we consider damaged. Address your package to the address you receive in your return authorization email.

    •    Remember to include your return address on the outside of your package. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address clearly marked on the outside will be destroyed, and Golfaddicts.com will not replace the contents.
